Bouke Hoving, chief information officer for ING Wholesale Banking, is coming on 5 March to the Faculty of Cybernetics at ASE Bucharest for a session designed to show how strategic digital thinking can be effectively translated into real world execution.
His lecture, “Digital transformation. Bridging the gap between strategy and execution” highlights what it truly takes to move from ambition to measurable results worldwide.
During the session, Bouke will explore how successful digital transformation happens:
• how global organisations design, scale and deliver transformation,
• how a clear digital transformation path is defined,
• how strategic decisions scale across multiple markets,
• how leaders turn strategic intent into tangible impact.
This session is particularly valuable for students interested in digital transformation, organisational change and the leadership mindset behind it.
Bouke will bring the topic to life through real examples, concrete challenges and lessons learned from leading transformation at scale, offering insights that remain relevant, practical and thought-provoking long after the lecture ends.
The event will take place on March 5th, between 17:30 and 19:10, in classroom 2201.
